Confidentiality

The confidentiality of your work is assured:

Your work will never be discussed outside of our office

Details of your work will only be discussed with you or others authorised by you whose names have already been given
to us

Original documents, discs etc. will either be returned to you,
destroyed or erased. Finished work will be securely archived
for future reference unless otherwise specified

Multiple copies of your work will only be made for proof
checking purposes or according to your instructions

We will however keep copies of your finished files on CD/DVD or
a local server should you wish us to work on them at a later
date. If you have any specific concerns, requirements or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us - we
